Possible Film Production Companies

As I am creating the opening sequence to a film with titles it is important that I choose the production companies who will be making my film. This is because the logos of production companies almost always appears before the start of the film, right at the beginning of the sequence. Also as part of the titles the names of these production companies often appear before the names of key cast/crew and the title of the film itself.

Because i'm working in the thriller genre i've researched a number of production companies who are associated with making films from the genre. I've included some large production companies based in Hollywood who are associated with making big budget Hollywood movies as well as some smaller production companies who make independent thriller films. I will narrow my selection down once i'm closer to creating my sequence.

Paramount Pictures

Thriller movies produced and distributed by Paramount Pictures include: A Quiet Place, Shutter Island, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back and Without Remorse.

Phoenix Pictures

There have been many thriller films produced by Phoenix Pictures including: Apt Pupil, Black Swan, Zodiac, Shutter Island and U Turn.

Syncopy

Films from the thriller genre produced by Syncopy include: Inception, The Prestige and Memento.

Thunder Road Pictures

Thriller movies produced by Thunder Road Pictures include: John Wick trilogy, Sicario, Hotel Mumbai, The Town, Brooklyn's Finest and 24 Hours to Live.

Lionsgate

Lionsgate have produced many thrillers including: Cold Pursuit, Prisoners, The Hitman's Bodyguard, Acrimony and The Commuter.
